How many guests are allowed to stay at the house?
Max Occupancy: 10 (NO MATTER THE AGE) Per the city of Marathon’s rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2. NO EXCEPTIONS.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
Four bedrooms are all on one level. The Master Suite has a king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom is a mini master with a queen-size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed and 4th bedroom that has 2 twin beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
What is the check-in/check-out times?
Check-in is 4 pm on the day of arrival
Check-out is 10 am on the day of departure
Can I rent the house for the weekend?
No. There is a 7-night minimum stay requirement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Is there a minimum age requirement to rent the house?
Yes. You must be 28 or older to rent. (28-year-old must be present during the entire stay)
Do you allow pets?
Yes. Coco House is pet friendly -Under 40 lbs. please ask about pet restrictions and pet fee. This will be based on breed, size & number.
